Northern, Inc. Provides Professional person Care for Adults with Developmental Disabilities (DD) & Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).
- At Northern, Inc., we strive to provide services for the people in our customs with Developmental Disabilities (DD) and Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI). Nosotros believe your loved ones deserve to accept all the comforts and best services possible. Nosotros are located in the Large Horn Basin region, nestled betwixt the Big Horn Mountains and Yellowstone National Park in Powell and Cody, Wyoming. - Nosotros have over 25 members (persons served), adult mean solar day services facility in Cody, numerous community living homes and residential living homes.
- Our Adult Day Plan (in Cody) is open up from eight:00 am to 4:00 pm Mon through Thursday and 8:00 am to two:00 pm on Friday. Residential services (in both Powell & Cody) are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a calendar week. The Business Office (in Powell) is open Monday through Fri from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Day Programs
- Our Cody, Wyoming Twenty-four hours Plan runs Mon-Thursday eight:xxx am-iv:00 pm and Friday viii:30 am-2:00 pm. During these hours, we focus on each individual'south need as we have a very person centered philosophy. An IPC (Individual Plan of Care) is developed according to the specific needs and care that an private requires in social club to gain as much independence possible in their lives. Nosotros offering an array of programs to assist with this process. We believe that through life experiences, and by exposing our members (persons served) to as many activities and situations equally possible, it improves their quality of life and increases independence.The North Large Horn Program is tailored to individuals that may crave a high degree of support due to limited physical ability, cognitive or advice challenges, or who are in need of assistance with activities of daily living. This program is currently open up based on demand.
Residential Program
Northern, Inc. provides two unique choices for Residential Living. We have residential options in both Powell and Cody, with our Community Living (group) homes in Powell and our Residential Living Providers in Cody. Members, (persons served), along with their team, have the opportunity to cull which situation would all-time suit their individual needs.
